Behind the rule book (coords), there's a cave,
step on the pressure plate and jump down,
the rulebook will upon up to the Moderator's Court

Next to the "Wynncraft Staff" (to the left from where you spawn) section of the lobby,
there's a little house.Enter the house, and there should be button to the right, press it.
After that, the little fireplace will open up.
Inside here, is the GMs Library.

Builders' Worksite

If you go this cave (coords), there's a builder's workshop.
Go to these houses and go through this painting,
Inside of this painting is the Builder's Worksite
