    Hello again, its me, Moldavite.

So after the swamp, i decided to choose the snowlands, because it seems to have the most "unique" shapes in the actual world. What i built here represents where the Vikings once lived, in the snow and ice. 2018-01-04_13.14.05.png 2018-01-04_13.14.02.png 2018-01-04_17.23.31_5.png

It looks weird there in my opinion, I would add some stone there
It looks really good tho, I really like the trees, the boat might look better if it was a bit less thick

Your terrain isn't balanced, making it look unnatural. The side of your boat looks pretty good, but it is way too wide.

Maybe add a few more leaves to the trees, give the branches a little more shape and structure
Block palette and terrain are overall nice, but I agree some of it is a bit unbalanced. Maybe try bigger next time!

Very good improvements, The boat seats are a little odd, maybe add signs on the sides of the slabs (Like this |Slab|, lines are the slabs.)

don't randomly mix in ice with the snow. I would designate areas where it is colder and put ice there.

Firstly - I love the trees. I would have added some dark oak fences and fence gates to add some finer detail and branches, but they are very impressive.
Actually, I'd go with more compressed rather than colder, as that's how ice forms from snow IRL. I'd also recommend packed ice as an in-between step, as it's whiter than regular ice.

As to the ship, there are issues.
-It's far too squat. It's supposed to be a longship, narrowness is an important part of that.
-A few shields along the side could add some much-needed colour and detail. I'd use glazed terracotta surrounded by trapdoors (wood or iron works), with a button on it. Makes it look more Viking.
-The sail is a bit flat. Try to give it a bit more of a natural looking shape, as if it's blowing in the wind, or sagging in the calm.
-It looks very new. A bit of wear might add more realism, try using stairs to make it look slightly damaged.

Boats are hard, it takes practice to get each part right.

Another thing, this could use a bit of narrative, especially as the ship appears to be blocked by ice. Think about why it's there, how it got there, who were the crew, how did they respond and what happened to them. Using your answers, make changes to the landscape and build (like maybe a camp?) that help tell the story. It looks a bit strange as it is.
