Red Meteor

Hi,
so, I was "redoing" ??? quest, just for fun and I found something unusual with getting to the Red Meteor. In part when you're in a minecart and trying to get the chip, in Karoc Quarry, at one point you need to be launched on other track by TNT. When I get to that point, TNT just explodes but it doesn't launch me. I tried several times and tried changing server but it still didn't launch me (or minecart). The room where the chip is also didn't open. I even tried going to the flower where you need to throw the chip and throwing some items on it but still nothing.
Is this a bug or is it just me doing something wrong?

 

Not sure about the TNT part, but the head needs to have its skin in order for it to work.

Changing servers breaks the chip.

 

When I changed the server I've done the whole minecart part. From when you get the key in Llevigar.
