Warrior Weapon Needed

Hello, I am Josh_de ingame.
I am looking for a warrior weapon for levels up to 35 that deal more than 50 (minimum) of neutral damage. It is very important for a quest please. I will also not take weapons that slow down mana regen.
I am ready to pay fair prices up to 1,5 LE (64+32 Emerald Blocks).
Please indicate: Name, rarity, damage dealt, required level, your price and ingame name in your offers. I will take the best I can afford. I can meet up anywhere in the province of Wynn (except the jungle village) and in Llevigar.
