Mage/Dark Wizard Help Warring Build

As the title says, I need a build that's actually useful for guild wars, instead of my half-ass, under-equipped, mediocre Bobs Mythic Wand build.

Level; 100
Budget; 3 stacks of LE
Hive Vouchers; One of each

Need more. PVE, no specific element, lots of mobs/AOE, spells. Spell Spam, better than bobs mythic, but what do you want to do in the war? healer?

 

I just wanna kill shit but my guild leader says get a solo build

 

just get sp pots in ahmsord and use them in wars with some half decent weapon
