    How does the water powder special work? Does it only multiply the amount of water damage or does it effect my whole damage output?

    armour special is only water dmg, weapon special is every single kind of damage

    Really helped me out, thanks! Although in the powder guide it stated that curse only boosts water damage, but bloww says its every kind of damage .-.
    I'm a bit confused now

    the guide is wrong, if affects all kinds of damage but raw melee/spell
