Wynnter 2017 Event

Hi

So I was a little bit curious if there is a Christmas Carnival Event for Wynncraft like there was in 2016,
I've googled and asked my way around in-game (note that many players do not communicate) for the entrance of the 2016 event, not knowing whether there was another one for Wynnter 2017.
Not sure if any other players had the same idea as me to ask on the forums but I'm running dry here and can't remember how to get back to that place.

Any help would be appreciated!
