Join My Xcom 2 Character Pool!

XCom 2 is a turn based strategy game where you lead an army of rebel soldiers to take back the planet from the aliens that concurred it 20 years ago. And I'm having my campaign star you guys!

Basically, this game has a character pool I can drop custom characters into, and those characters will appear in my game, either as a shoulder I can control or as a V.I.P I have to rescue/kidnap. You can even make them a robot, but I wouldn't really recommend that.

So if you want in, reply with your characters name, nickname (optional), gender, nationality (otherwise I will make them American), biography (also optional), and what you want your character to look like. You can't go into much detail with the clothes, but you'd be surprised with the amount of customization the game allows for their face/head.

(Since I've seen a playthrough of the game, I can go a bit more specific, if it's possible to change this. Preferred faction; Reapers, preferred weapon; sniper rifle (of some kind).)

Bear in mind it's not exactly the easiest game (especially on commander-ironman. Or legend).

Forewarning to anyone who decides to play XCOM 2: Death is permanent, if a soldier dies they cannot be revived through any means (except, I guess, loading a save). That includes the dev console.

 

Oh yes X-Com is insanely tough, the rage if someone dies, also dying is really easy you gotta plan every single move out

 

Yeah, your soldiers die in about two hits, meaning you have to really think things through. Then there's the Fog of War. Also the fact that the RNG basically wants you to fail.

And then there's Sectopods.
