Powder Rilics Broken?

    I and my friend have been to 5 different powder relics and haven't got anything I don't know if this is cas there on cooldown but the floating cube that used to be there hasn't appeared in any of them. is an event happening that's stopping them from working?

    is anyone else having that problem?

    I think they just weren't needed anymore as more discoveries were added, but i'm not sure
