so i've been playing it for quite some time, then i started opening youtube n wiki. but then once i throw my emerald to the kingsize bed, the emerald wont go in the hopper. any tips?

And it still doesn't work? Strange, try switching again. If that doesn't work I'm not sure what the problem might be

 

Uh when do you throw things on a bed? Is it to get the code numbers? If so, understand once you reach the second floor, you can simply go to the basement door and enter the code from the wiki.

And change the tag; besides this should probably be in question

 

Maybe they're actually trying to do the quest legitimately for once?
