Resource Pack Not Loading.

As per the title, the server resource pack wont load. I have all the settings where it should be, have tried on versions 1.12.1/1.12/1.12.2, have tried going from prompt, to enabled, to disable.

I have also tried the major fixes, even going so far as to re-install minecraft altogether. Any ideas on what this could be? Also, is there a download for the resource pack that I could just hard install?

 

Check your .minecraft folder and look if you have a server resourcepack folder.
