Rules Regarding Selling Unidentified Items

(Didn't know if I should've posted this under the "trade market" section... oh well)
I want to add a section in my shop where I sell unidentified items (not including mythics). (Don't question the logistics of this, or why I would even add a section like this; it's just an idea). The format is as follows:

Unidentified Items​

Unidentified Helm - Lvl 96-100 - 1 LE
Possible Items: Cancer, Pisces.

Or something along these lines...

Under the rules, it says...
"Selling unided items (Unique to Legendary) is allowed as long as the buyer of the item gets the item he desires. Example: Intentionally selling an unidentified Pisces advertised as a Cancer is a bannable offense as the seller has knowledge of the outcome and thus tricks the buyer."

So is this allowed? Neither I, nor buyer knows what the item is; the buyer and I come to a mutual consensus regarding the purchase of the item; I explicitly tell the buyer that the unidentified item might not be what they want; and the possibilities concerning what the item might be are listed.

cancer has a 618 emerald id cost, so if yours has that it means it is a cancer
