Name Changed, Everything's Gone.

Hi, I recently changed my Minecraft name... all my progress was lost, including bank items and quest progress.
I originally thought I just needed to wait for my stuff to catch up, but I waited about a week and a half, and nothing's happened.

Is there a way to fix this and get my stuff back?

you didnt lose your items because you changed your name, if you really did lose anything, it was for a different reason

 

Do you know what reason it could be then? My banks are all empty, and my quest progress was gone.

The old username was "SlenderEnderman7".

It seems from my records that you still have your level 39 mage. In fact, you were just playing on it roughly seven hours ago. Your records indicate that your name has updated, and SlenderEnderman7 is listed as an old name. Therefore, your save file is not corrupted.

Can you please attach images showing each and every class, and their banks.

 

Hi, thank you for your response. It has been awhile because I've had so many exams recently. Anyways, I haven't gotten time to check all my classes until today and wow... Everything that used to be in one bank is now spread across five different classes. Is this common and expected? Or did I do something that caused this?

Anyways, thanks so much for helping me resolve this, it was pretty crazy seeing everything I had organized in my bank all distributed across classes.
