Archer/Hunter Help Spring Build Needed

    So I recently got my hands on a spring. Looking for a really good build for it for general use. I'd like to use this in LI and a bit of pvp. I'd like a lot of mana to be able to abuse concentration with good damage but not too glassy or not too low health. Thank you.

    None of the items except prism give skill points (not counting dia fusion necklace and prowess, because they have a set amount), so you have 12 skill points leeway for the 2 prisms.
