Mage/Dark Wizard Help Cheap Mage Build

Um, so yeah I just need a good build that's relatively cheap.

I have no hive tokens, literally 0 le, ummm no mythics obviously. Just tell me the cheapest build you can please, I'm so bad ;-;. I dont care about how it's played, as long as it can do decent damage and doesnt die all the time.

Is there anything I can replace the Moon Pool Circlets with?

Moon pool circlets are from Qira Hive
Royal Stormy is from WynnExcav D

There arent really good replacements.
If you dont have moon pool then swap chestplate with aquarius
Use whatever accessories you have

 

The only other ring with 2+ mana regen is Suppression, but it cripples your mana steal and life steal, but you probably shouldn't use melee with Judas anyway.

There is a bunch of mana regen necklaces like Lapis Necklace, Willpower, Snowflake (I think can be bought on Santa's Island), and Crystal-Blend Pendant (can be bought from Glassblowing Merchant in Almuj for sand and shiny scorpion tail).
