    A new merchant appears to have replaced the old Dungeon Key merchant in Detlas, The Broken Scroll Merchant! He appears to be there for players to trade in the teleport scrolls that broke in the DnD update for working replacements (Regret throwing out my 40-something Forgery scrolls now...)

    Hey!

    This merchant has been removed, there is now no way to convert your old scrolls to new ones :/

    However, next time, watch out on post dates, it is called "necropost" when you post on a thread wich last answer is over a month old.
