New Quest "tunnel Trouble" Has Given Me A Few Troubles

Do let me know if this is the wrong forum to be posting on - not too sure where to report bugs and all of that. But, let's just get into the action!

I'm pretty sure I broke this quest. Everything was fine up until you had to aid Drale in pushing the cow-laden raft to open water, and then everything just... Froze? Not too sure how to describe it, but both Drale and the cows disappeared, and I was stuck in that area afterwards. I used the nifty command of /kill and went to talk to Captain Fenor, but he only posted the "Blah blah, I'm waiting for you to finish!" and all of that. Then, I decided to go back through the tunnel and see if I could possibly redo it, but it saved my progress. I went up to the point where Drale was herding the cows onto the raft, but then they all disappeared. Am I missing something, or is this just a rare bug?
