    I accidentally skipped the conversation with Enzan and suddenly accepting his quest.....
    Who is his brother!?
    I'm confused please help....
    Also, where can I find the crate of rat poison?

    His brother is directly east, just before you enter the nivla forest.
    Rat poison is in the crates near the farmer, just destroy the crates and pick up the item.
    Right click with your quest book to view your active quests and what to do next.

    If you ever run into this again, you can read quest dialog in the wynncraft wiki.
    Also, your quest book will tell you exactly what you need to do, you'll just miss out on the back story for the quest.
