SPOILER Secret Puzzle Near Ternaves?

Near Ternaves there is a cave that leads into a lava-filled room where cultists spawn. There are buttons placed deliberately around the room, and each plays the same note. One of them activates a piston in the wall that doesn't seem to affect anything else. Beyond that, I can't figure it out, or even tell if this is supposed to be one of the secrets. Anyone have any idea, or have come across this room before???

This is one of the oldest Easter eggs in Wynn. People have tried countless times to see what the button does, but with no luck. There is a talking mushroom dialogue that alludes to the mystery though.

 

thats possibly one of the oldest things in the game ever, and im surprised you didnt mention the end portal.
ITS NOT A SECRET DISCOVERY but it might be something else nobody knows

I believe Selvut has also teased that something is hidden here AND NOBODY HAS FOUND IT YET
