Post updated! There's now 12/16 of the secret discoveries here as opposed to the 8/16 I had before!

EDIT: There are now 13/16 secret discoveries here! (Added "Timeless Ruin")

EDIT 2: I have found Bak'al's Destruction 2, so that means we now have 14/16 Wynn Plains secret discoveries here!

One time I got stuck because I lagged into Wynn before talking to the king. Then I got stuck in the sewer trap and LITERALLY couldn’t leave because /kill tped me back

 

huh? You have them all, except the ultimate one

The Watchmen one with the 4 towers isn't giving me a discovery?

 

Not sure if you've done this, but you have to climb to the top of all four towers before you will unlock the discovery. When you go to the top of one, it will spawn a few smoke particles and play a sound that sounds like a kind of broken bell, if you will. After that, it will begin a short dialogue from the past. That is how you know you have "activated" the tower. Do this to all four towers and the discovery will be unlocked.

Not sure what to say then. Maybe the discovery is bugged right now, so I would recommend telling a GM.

Maybe not a GM, but someone who is able to at least tell a person who can fix the issue.

GM Means "Game Master" and iirc they are basically people who can edit the game and such. Not sure how you would tell one though, I didn't think that one through. But in my last post (above this one) I have given an alternative to this.
