Idk, they never really addressed that. They got limited resources and Wynn already takes up so much of that anyway. Maybe after 1.18 they will but who knows.

One reason might be that they are doing massive lore rework as seen in the last update. Multiple GMs agreed that some Gavel quests are bad, but since the lore of Wynn is changing, they may have to rework how Gavel fits into the lore. And this is on top everything else, so it would take at least a full year to rework Gavel.

Will the level cap be increased with Dern? What level range will Dern be?

because you should have known from the start that the content team will never give out any of this information no matter how much you ask. So enjoy waiting for now.

 

I'll be honest, I think a level cap increase would be good seeing as the only gap is currently 90-95 (and 96+ tbh) and that will be fixed with the introduction of the molten heights storyline. Then they have to fit in quests based in Dern, Fruma, plus any other quests that get added along the way. If the cap stays as 100, you could get there just through questing which seems wrong.

Также я немного перфекционист и меня бесит что просто ВСЕ апдейты выходят недоделанными.

 

Levels 1-40 is strictly Wynn, adding any other provinces before this area would be too much to handle all at once.
At level 40, Gavel is introduced up to level 100
At level 83, Corkus is introduced up to level 90
Presumably, Fruma will fit it somewhere between 60-80 and Dern will be 90-100.
However, if that is so, what level do you guys think the quests will be for the "Road to Dern" update?

the level is infinite, if you use your imagination. it's a lot more fun and rewarding when YOU get to decide when you level up, isn't it?
