Is This Legal?

So, me and my guild warred for North Nivla Forest, and obtained it from SDU. Right after this I started to defend it. But before I had defended it a guild named HECC [Hck] took it, and I supplied their territory. lol. This triggers me and I hope sniping territories like this is illegal.

 

It's just a bug I'm pretty sure. I don't think accidently profiting from a bug is considered illegal.

It is illegal but given how you seem to realize it's suspicious and didn't know it was a bug beforehand, you won't be getting in trouble for it. Just be aware of it for the future.

 

wot this confuses me. I didn't do anything other than get a territory and defending it, Another guild took it from me.

 

Oh, misconstrued it. Yeah, that's illegal.

 

After defending a territory there should be a cooldown, but its not really working. Due to that people can attack a territory right after another guild took it and as there are no mobs defending it they can take it without fighting. If a guild does it accidentally thats not a big deal, but if a guild does it on purpose they can get punished for it. So if you notice that they are doing it repeatedly let us know about it.
However I dont think it was you who defended their territory. As they are able to take it immediately they can also defend it right after taking the territory.

 

I am pretty sure it was my mobs cuz I tried attacking it right after defending it, and they had 1000 mobs already.

 

Well thats pretty unlucky then. We cant change it though, but as I already said if you notice that someone is doing it purposely let us know about it.

 

Ok not a necro yet, but Another guild has done this again repeatedly. There name is Achte Shadow and they're abbreviation is ASh we have wasted 12k ems on this .-.
