When I got to this step of the quest,

...My game lagged during the cutscene and it stoped before the last dialogue.
Since this is a common problem, I killed myself to try and fix it, but when I respawned this happened:

    (The NPCs weren't there)
[I tried different servers but got the same glitch]

When someone else finished the quest next to me this happened:

(I couldn't jump into the open hole still)

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

EDIT: I tried redoing the previous step of the quest and got stuck at this cutscene:

There is a seperate section for these kinds of threads:
https://forums.wynncraft.com/forums/bug-reports.108/ (bug reports, Underneath VIP plaza)

Post all mistakes, glitches, and bugs here.
I suggest that you just leave the quest alone for a little bit.
You can also try switching servers, or /class if you are in a glitched location.

If none of these things work, wait for the next push, where 90% of all known glitches will be fixed. This included most likely

All the quests are broken right now. (Well, not all, but a lot) i wouldn't bother with them at the moment.
