    The Rainmaker tho... With those stats it's either super powerful or really underpowered.

    3-3 damage….
    hmmm…..

    I think the idea is to focus your build around Melee Damage +(%). Items that would normally drain your attack speed in exchange for higher damage (Like Taurus, for example) can't effect the Rainmaker because of the massive attack speed tier+.

    Raw melee build with that bow is nice, honestly expect it to be nerfed because it's possible to make it insane

    nah its not gonna be that good
    the ids and stuff could make a fine combo with -tier and raw melee items, but the fact that its a bow is its downfall
