not decent, below average

 

I based the whole "average" thing on the middle of the min/max, which is by definition the "average" or mean of the stat. Out of all of the stats on it, only the mana regen is below half, which is why I called it Decent instead of Average. I suppose mana regen is what people want it for though... Either way, by definition, it can be classified as "Decent" or "Average" in total. I'm probably going to reroll it anyways.

 

Rerolled Third Eye. Got max mana regen, but got screwed on raw spell damage. Still "okay" in my opinion.
