I've just been running around, finding a quest here and there. But, I don't truly feel like I am progressing.

Is there a guide written somewhere that can be linked below?

    Thanks,

Yes. If you mean in terms of quests, try looking in your quest book, which was recently updated to make it better, and iirc you can actually set it to point to a certain quest npc. Try looking on the wynncraft wiki on Easy Levelling Guide if you mean in terms of grinding. If you're new to the game, you're probably level 10ish, give or take about 5 levels, so grinding is pretty easy in the Detlas Suburbs and around Detlas.

seeing you are level 28 currently, I recommend grinding in the desert or the swamp. These are pretty reasonable. Once you complete Green Gloop, you can also grind the cave slimes (which makes me level up fast).

Do quests, then dungeons till you aren't leveling up every 2nd or 3rd playthrough, then grind till you have a few quests available (4-5 near same level should be sufficient). Do those quests, do the next hardest dungeon till you aren't leveling up every 2nd or 3rd playthrough, then grind till you have a few quests available. Rinse and Repeat till 100. I went from ~40 to 61 over the past week or so on my assassin ;) (like 12-18 hours of play with lots of interruptions). Wynncraft is also an MMORPG, so progression can take a while if you aren't used to that either, IK it was hard to progress when I started too.

    hmmm
I know there's a fast leveling guide somewhere made by JackyKit wich was really specific, but doesn't really help newcomers too much (since it requires special items and all) but still, there's good in it (but not much fun since no quest are worth it)

So since I plan on making a whole serie to help newcomers (started with how to make a shop) that is a good idea!

I think i'll start getting to it :D

But for now, here's what I can tell you :
    - You want to grind as fast as possible : Grind with mobs
    - You want to grind fast but with a bit of fun : Do dungeons (however it requires keys)
    - You want to have fun : Do quests, if you don't have anymore left, grind a bit and do quests again
