Stuck With The Bandit Leader...

    I was doing the Sandy Scandal quest and I am in the vault, I'm trying to kill the Bandit Leader and making absolutely no progress. I know that killing him isn't how you do it, but how do you? There's no video guide and the wiki page has absolutely nothing.

    Please help... I've literally been stuck spamming arrow storm at him for fifteen painful minutes...

    FIX: /kill and re-enter the room, hopefully there's no one there (if there's someone there already the room MIGHT bug out not sure).
