    All the corrupted dungeons are accessible from The Forgery, which is outside of Cinfras.

    You will not be able to enter these 'worlds' unless you either have a key, of which there are several youtube guides on how to obtain, or a Free Dungeon Entree, which you can buy in the shop.
    They last ten minutes, and affect players through out the entire world, such as WC1.

    You can go into the "entrance" of the dungeons without keys, but you need keys to access the dungeon itself. You can still explore a bit of the corrupted area outside it, though the areas usually aren't too big.
