How Do I Get My Skin And Rank Back On The Forums After Changing My Name?

I bought HERO rank and changed my name. Now I don't see the tag or my skin when I use the forums. I tried doing /forum ingame and it didn't work. Any help?

well, apparently you are @Bob Saget according to the stats page. I dont know if you could un-link accounts, so you'll have to square with the fact you broke the rule about having alts.

 

@TheGodOfCringe Is your IGN TheGodOfCringe?
If so, as mentioned in the reply above, you seems to be having your MC account linked to the first account you have created (@Bob Saget). If you're able to log into that account, I recommend you using the Bob Saget account, as it's linked to your MC account as well.

It's against our forum rule to have two or more accounts for one person, so please contact one of us to disable the one you're currently using when you can.

 

No this is the only MC account i have, i linked my old username to this account which was TheGodOfChaos. On this account I had bought HERO rank. It had a Cthuhlu skin. Then I changed my name to TheGodOfCringe. When I play Wynncraft I still have the HERO stuff I bought on this account, but the only difference is in the forums. You must understand that Bob Saget is TheGodOfChaos AND the GodOfCringe. Then I changed my name and the Bob Saget profile I had got somehow erased due to my username change. What I am trying to say is that Bob Saget and me are the same account, just with a name change that kind of destroyed my forum profile which had HERO rank.

EDIT: also what I have noticed just now is that it says I am not linked with my MC account but when I go ingame it says I am linked. Uhoh

But it says my minecraft is TheGodOfChaos even though i changed my name... how can i get it to fix?

 

That is forum side’s bug. Unfortunately, as far as I know there’s no way to fix that right now.
