Wynncraft Player Base

Someone in a post stated: 'Wynncraft, like any old server is suffering the crisis of a dwindling player base'. Is this true? has this been the case before and will Wynncraft still experience growth at some point?

 

I don't think the playerbase is "dwindling". Every server has ups and downs. People think this because when known players leave they usually let others know, but when a new player joins we don't get to know that.

Even if the playerbase is "dwindling", what does it matter? It doesn't make the game any less fun.

 

Sure it doesn't, and you're right. But do you see it increasing or do you think it will just stay the same? I like it as it is now.

 

it sways from 300-600 normally, going up to 900+ during events and such. That's fine for a server with 60-player limits per world.

 

I don't keep track of the player base much.

 

But its not even fun anyway...xD

 

That's your opinion. I find the game very enjoyable, still after playing for 3-ish years.

 

I don't think so, of course player counts changes a lot during a week, low count during school/work days and when its getting to night time, player count goes up

But also, since its been quite some time since last update, a few players are starting to get bored, and thus leave temporarily, the new update and the upcoming holiday should probably get more people to play and be active again

 

Pretty much it’s seasonal
