Archer/Hunter Top-tier Soul Point Regen Build?

    Hi! I'm looking for a top-tier build that will allow me to keep up with others in this competitive meta, and I was wondering what the highest obtainable SP Regen was. This means I can throw myself at the enemies constantly, not having to worry about items. This has many advantages that other top-tier builds can't compete with. For PvE, this is the main option. However, it is a very under-utilized build, so I don't know which items I need. Can anyone help me out?

    After 100%, sp regen has no benefit.
    This is because it only determines the chance to get 2 sp, not the amount.
    That said you can get more than 100%, though it will not have much affect.

    The ideal would be something like

    Cosmic Set (50% sp regen from set bonus)

    Rarity x2 (20% total)
    Rayshyroth's Knowledge (4%)
    Durum's Serenity (16%)

    Alazarin (10% i think)

    I'm looking for the highest SP possible. I need to intimidate my foes with my fearsome gear. I think we can go higher than 90%!

    With the sheer force of 183% soul point regen, you can shred through any enemy's protection. This astonishing build can destroy the fabled Giant Rat in 0.69 seconds. Be quick to use it as much as possible, because it's infinite force might soon be found by the developers of the game, who will try to nerf it as much as they can.

    Any SP Regen build with 100% is top tier. In fact, managing to get 100% while achieving other things like xp is even more top-tier.

    (I get that this is some what of a shitpost but still.)
