    La cuenta es regalada tengo el chat donde se ve que me la pasan, no puedo recuperarla de ninguna manera, veo que no les interesa un simple usuario, tal vez por eso no tienen muchos users, gracias por la atención igualmente. 3 meses de progreso perdido, excelente

    "Any staff who can help me with my problem, Im the user AnDrEZSD and they have robbed me my account (hacked probs). My account is a present (given, he didnt buy it I guess) and the guy that has given it to me cant be contacted. Ive played for 3 months on this server, I got a virus on my PC and when I tried to enter, it didnt let me, it has been going on for 3 days. I hope someone can transfer my account stuff and my bank [dont know], my characters and so on. I hope for a response, thanks."

    My spanish is not up-to-date, please correct me if something is wrong. I havent used my spanish in over 5 years now. Seems like a very crude translation to me :/

    Hola, que suerte que se hablar español, pero no soy tan bueno en escribiendolo, pero que importa. Entonces, de lo que entiendo, tenias una quenta que no era tuya, pero de alguien como un amigo, y ahora no lo puedes usar porque algo paso, y ahora tienes una quenta nueva. Lo mismo me ha pasado a mi, pero en el año 2013, jaja. En server tiene un "Policy" (No se como decirlo, se me paso la mente, haha) que no devuelven "Items" que haz perdido, pero tu perdidstes la quenta completa. Los moderadores no pueden ayudarte mucho, PERO, ahora que ya has jugado en el server por como tres meces, ya sabes lo que estas haciendo, y sera mas facil. Estoy mas que seguro si pides ayuda para coger algunas "Items" de regreso por algunos jugadores, te los daran. La verdad es una lastima que no se puede cambiar tu cuenta a el que tienes ahora, pero buena suerte. Si necesitas ayuda en traducir lo que ellos dicen, aqui yo estoy, que puedo hablar el ingles y español bien, jaja. Tambien, disculpa por todo el error que tengo, lo puedo hablar, pero escribiendolo es un poquito diferente, jaja.

    Tenía full legendarios en mago, 2 clases mas nivel 50, tier 5 en todos los powders, muchas gracias igualmente, gran servidor, pero mal servicio ;)

    Sorry for having it go this way. There was a time where staff trusted people's word... but that involved a lot of bug abusers and just a lot of bad things. Anyway, that is the reason why Mods cannot simply do that. But for now, I can try to find a tutorial on recovering your account.

    We can't recover your items, you need to enter in contact with the user who gifted the minecraft account to you in order to recover it. Technically the items are still in that player and we can't simply double the items, sorry for the loss.
