Voxel Sniper Splatter Brushes

I'm doing an ocean floor build right now on the Grian creative server and I am trying to put in some cool design into the ocean floor with different blocks. The only problem is sand is disabled to be used on the server so I've been trying to get splatter brushes to work. I've looked up multiple different tutorials but have had no luck. As of right now I'm doing in order.

/b over d3

/b sb mm

/vr sand

/v wood

Please help!

 

Use sandstone instead maybe?

 

Maybe.. hopefully I could turn it back to sand though after I put in all of the special stuffs.
