This is a collection of prices I've found so far in Price Check.
Let me know if this is useful and feel free to correct what has been written so I can update this, as this is a work in progress.

Notes:

• Unknown means I do not know if it is a Set, Unique, Rare, Legendary, or Mythic item. Helping to sort these items is also appreciated.

• If it includes ‘someone said’ followed by a higher price, it probably has to do with the stats of the item.
• Do not take this list as an accurate approximate of prices. I will repeat what has been said above 'This is a work in progress'.
• This is going to have some wonky update times due to this being something I do in my free time, so keep that in mind please.
• Due to updates, bug fixes, etc., the prices are going to be shifting a lot. Consult a professional for an accurate buying or selling amount of a specific item. I am only quoting what others have said in the Price Check thread.

90+ blue mask can sell for up to a stack if it has 90+ sp.

 

These are outdated as hell. Diamond Dust is gonna be a lot pricier now with LB changes, Depressing Items are worthless due to the cave in Nessak, and the others are either super obscure or super non-specific (Leggings of Desolation for 32EB? What IDS? Soul Signal for 5LE? WTF?)

These prices are horribly off, you can't just take random peoples' words for the prices of items. Thanks for trying to be helpful though.

I put their rarities in the spoiler. I'm gonna look up all the ones with a ? beside their rarity, to make sure.

I like this idea, but due to the very recent bug fixes and changes prices are going to shift a lot. Keep that in mind.

EDIT: Removed the questionmarks, I looked them up and corrected if necessary.

 

Thank you for the info. I'll see if I can get some more accurate information as time goes on.

 

Nowadays, tier VI powders usually go for 4 le and tier V go for 1 le. Not sure about anything else though, I mostly do powder trading and nothing else. I've probably lost out on stacks of le for not knowing the pricings of armor and weapons so thanks for posting this!
