Mage/Dark Wizard Help Good Mana Water Mage Build.

Hello. I have just started my mage class and was wondering what a good endgame class might be.
I have decided that I wanted to be a water mage, with lots of mana steal/regen.
I also want to deal decent damage to things (I understand that water mage builds aren't exactly for damage).
I just don't know a good build to do. May anyone help me out? I want mostly water, but partial air. Also, in need of high mana regen/steal.

(i don't know about the bracelet and other ring)

There you go. A spell spam water build filled with loads of mana regen and steal with decent meteor damage.

 

Thanks a lot, guys. Eventually when or if I can achieve a Lament would I change any of the build?
