IDK, but am very interested if anyone else can. The build is pretty much the best you could prolly get for a super fast flameshot in the next patch, that is if you are in the mindset that Cancer will be nerfed to pieces.

I have heard that Cancer's avg -melee and -spell IDs will drop to -400% instead of -140% rn. That would mean the highest possible dmg% would be about -360% (if the range of 84 possible -% values remains the same, and only the center of the spread of values is increased. Also IDK what they are gunna do tuh prism. ;)

Honestly they should just move the center of the spread of values (the average/median) to 182 (the current worst value). That would have a similar affect, but still allow builds that sacrifice an shit ton of items slots, just to be competitive when using cancer and these kinds of items, to remain usable to somewhat powerful, but not APOC ABOOSE levels of insanity.

 

Just use 6 or 4tier pls

if you look at selvuts post on whats going to get nerfed cancer or prism are not there

I can't remember who, but I think it was another player in WC1. I wouldn't normally remember it unless it was from someone I believed, but you can't believe everything you hear ;)
