Is This A Good Build? Feedback Requested

So I am near the end of my adventure with my Warrior quest and I want to ask if this is a good build to conclude on? I've used this weapon and armor for quite sometime and I feel it is pretty stable. I have only recently questioned whether there is better armor than this. I am a mana focused build

Is it possible to get mana regen 20/4? Is there better armor than what I currently have? Do I remove or switch one of my skills? Not asking for a revamp of my build but any improvements that I'm missing.

Build: Water, Fire, Air (97-53-46 with armor)
Lvl: 99 (Will be 100 within the next day)
Mana Regen: -18/4s
Spell Dam: 30%, +222
Water Dam: 11%
Water Def: 15%

How so? I focused primarily on mana regen so that I can attack quicker

 

Once you get to a certain point, there's no real point in getting it any higher. I think that point might be 16/4, but I'm not completely sure.

 

8/4 is all that's necessary if you know how to properly play the game. Go to class builds and ask for a good water build, I'm not too good w making nice builds

I don't get the point of you having 21/4 mana even tho you can infinitely spam spells with like 12/4 if you do it correctly but whatever

Now, you don't provide any accessories and you seem to embrace intel like it is necessary for life, so lets scale that back in exchange for some damage. 4k bash, and 6k uppercuts aren't good frankly. You can spam them, but other players can do that with almost half your MR and with more damage. They do this by casting one spell, followed by another spell, then back to the starting spell and repeating. This works by reseting the cost of the spell you are using. If an archer casts Bomb then arrow storm, bomb mana cost gets reset to the cost with intel calculated, meaning it doesn't escalate in price as when you just spam the same spell repeatedly till you're out of mana. Also, there are some very good items that will help you in keeping good MR, and add more dmg AND defense; as your build also lacks in elemental defenses rn. No reason to use Quartz Choker over Runic Coin.

 

Doesn’t quartz get raw spell

 

Just look at the build that you made. Quartz Choker only has 125 Health and 11% spell; Runic Coin has 500 Health and 11% spell.

As you can see, Quartz Choker lacks Raw Spell. Perhaps you're confusing it with Quartzite Helmet.
