Archer/Hunter Help Life Steal Archer

Hey guys, currently I am a lvl 99 archer. I got bored of using using a ws build and running away from my problems or using an xp build and dying, so I made a mana regen/steal build hoping it would solve my problems, turns out they arnt that fun to use so I'm looking for somebody nice to inform me on what the best life steal armor/jewelry and bow is. Thank you!

I suggested these other builds because the first ones with specific links have very high end gear that need end-game items. Since you just got 99 I am assuming that is just out of your reach for another level and some time. ;)

also, if you have extra skill points, make sure to reach 68 int. that cuts your spell cost in half (-50% spell cost). If you can hit 94 int, your bomb spell only costs 3 mana/cast , and 2 mana/cast at 129 int. You really only should be able to get 94 with perfect item stat rolls. After hitting 94 int, get dex. It will increase your crit-rate. You can also increase STR for more dmg% boost instead (they are both good in their own ways).
