Cant Buy Anything On My Name

    ive recently tried to get my monthly crate and buy a rank and when i enter my name DarkGreenMonster to the enter your name category it does not do anything could someone help me ?

    I guess make sure it's spelled right including capitals, and click the 'I agree' button. Also, if you claimed a crate in the last 'I think' 30 days then it won't work, it's monthly as in once every X amount of days not like October 31st and November 1st.
