    What exactly do the QA team do? Is it game testing and such or something else? Is it an extra rank for mods/builder/GM/CMD or can you be only QA? I do not know if I have ever seen someone that was QA only. And finally how do you become QA?

    Based on replies I've seen elsewhere, QA does in game testing of things, and helps fix stuff. Only mods and ct members can get it, you can't be a standalone QA.

    They make sure that the game is playable and without bugs
    QA is Quality Assurance, they make sure that you are playing a quality game.
    The whole team does game testing.

    Currently you need a CT or staff rank to become a Quality Assurance.

    (No QAs aren't Question Answerer answering other people's questions.
    QAs are Barrier Placers
