Why Cant I Get My Crate?

I have been trying to obtain my monthly crate, but it keeps on bringing me back to the store page when I click the "Get your free monthly crate here!" button. I remember getting mine on the 11th of last month, but I have been trying to get my crate before the 11th of this month because I'm .... bored. Is the reason why I cannot get the free crate because that I was trying to get it before?

 

The crate doesn't reset on the 1st of each month, it resets every 30 days, I think.

 

I know, it's just that it has been 30 days.

 

It might be every 31 days, I'm not sure of the exact timing.

 

Wait a day or two, if it's still not arrived when you're certain it's been over 31 days you should come back.

Don't forget to agree to terms of service, otherwise it won't work.

If you can't open it again, try opening in with a different search engine (Firefox, Google, Internet explorer) It fixes that issue 99% of the time.
