Should I Put 2 T6 Water Or Thunder Powders On My Az?

I have an int/dex mana regen build, but I'm not sure which powders I should put on it. Which is better, chain lightning or the raincloud?

 

Curse is a considerably better powder special. Though, most people use thunder powders on AZ to complement their % thunder dmg from armor/ accessories.

But in your dual element build if you have a decent enough amount of % water, I'd say go for curse.

Raining is obviously better than chainlightning which is literally the worst. But you're using an "AZ". Most people dont see this but you use powders because of their additional damage not their specials. +I really wouldnt recommend az if you're over lv 90 there's a lot better weapons.
