    I got a Rewind recently and i want to use it for a spell spam build (obviously) Im just lvl 81 rn but ill be glad for a build thats up to lvl 88-94, ples halp me i want to be gud in smthing.

    Why cosmic set.. it doesnt give that much mana regen.. And spell dmg neutral isnt good. XD still thanks for the suggestion

    It means get to 100. The possibilities expand dramatically once any class gets there.

    He's saying that rewind is a trash weapon for endgame, and you should get to 100 and use a better water dagger, like say, nirvana(or infused hive dagger with water powders if ur poor.) Don't get rid of your rewind though, it's a pretty good secondary weapon to switch to for mana regen.
