    That's true, but I think that we are the corkus of minecraft is a better comparison. Wynn has amazing things that's much more creative than most servers, but we're not really formally recognized by the minecraft community. I mean, we are, we wouldn't have a community of our own if we weren't reconized. What I meant was, we aren't as reconized as servers like hypickel, mineplex, Cubecraft, etc. Some people want to get this server more recognition, others think that if we do that, we'll bring more toxic people and the community is fine as it is. Sound familiar?

    It just occured to me, how many other Minecraft servers actually HAVE a Guinness World Record? Could we be the only one?

    The word your looking for is Popularity/House-Hold-name statues, and i'd say, personally, if we can get enough players to get off of Minecraft, it would overall benefit this game. No more limitations of Minecraft and Mojang, no more Introductory Bias from talking about it, having the dev's own rules, maybe even faster and/or bulkier updates. Hell, if it were gonna happen, it'd be the best job on the planet damnit, working on recreating the game and then off-Minecraft development.

    In the end, at least we got a world record. It might be insignificant compared to the other large networks but who gives a shit right? Its all something that we should be proud of ourselves as each and everyone of us contributed to this.
