Murder Mystery 3.5: Redux

So, @Josh_Legacy suggested I make a murder mystery, and so I decided to get back at it. Now, if you want to know why I made it 3.5 instead of 4, well...

I need to have 4 for the next one so that it coincides with the plot.

Anyways, with that out of the way, here's your info.

Spoiler: Autopsy

Victim: The Necromancer
Time of Death: 12 PM
Place of Death: Front of Llevigar Bank, behind the fountain. (He was murdered at that stone structure that leads you to the sewers.)
Points of Interest regarding The Necromancer: Heavily mutilated, lots of cuts and wounds. Showed signs of great struggle.
Cause of Death: Loss of Blood?
Points of Interest regarding Crime Scene: Killed in broad daylight, no witnesses. Blood splatters and bits of flesh and bones everywhere. Not noticed until 3 PM.

Spoiler: Discoveries

-Recently, the mafia has been on the Hooded Man's tail because of the information he sold to the Llevigar police force.
-The Necromancer may have been part of a cult.

The Knife

The Knife was found in one of the Identifier's crates to be identified. These crates were filled with weapon orders from the army. The army has denied any knowledge of this knife, and the Identifier also denies knowledge of this knife. A detailed look by another resident Identifier reveals that the knife has been Identified only once before, and contains no elemental damage or special aspects. Further investigation reveals that the knife is hand-made and looks to be mostly for ceremonial purposes. testing on the blood of the knife reveals that the blood on the knife is that ofThe Necromancer.

-The Knife has been confirmed to be an almost ceremonial weapon wielded by the Llevigar mafia as a way of identification.

^I will embolden words/phrases that I personally recommend be put into this tab. However, players decide themselves what to put in this tab and what not to put. You can still choose to put something in even if I didn't embolden it.

Spoiler: Suspect Testimonies

Roberto of Robert: Aw shucks, another one? Anyways, I guess the only reason I was called in was because I was the person to initially find the body. Yes, I found the body at 3 PM. Other than that, I didn't see anyone else suspicious. If you're going to interview other people, I recommend people in the bank.
Hooded Man: Look, I'm just an information seller. I'll tel you what I know, okay? So, yes, there was a group of hooded men, people I don't know mind you, walking in and out of the bank. The last time they went in was at around 11:45 AM. Later on at around 12:15 PM one of them came inside the bank and deposited some money.
Old Man: Now, I don't know know much at all. All I know is that I saw a group of hooded people come in and out of the bank. And before you ask, I was at the bank the whole day since the Identifier told me that he needed some space for something.

For now, limit yourself to the people in the bank following Roberto's recommendation.
For example:
"Is there anyone in the bank who looks suspicious or they might know something"
or approach a random person in the bank.

Can I go question the banker about the people that entered or exited the bank during the time period of the murder and when the body found

 

I haven't been in Llevigar before...what's the city like. Specifically, the fountain where it happned.

Other than the previously mentioned things, no. There are bits and pieces of torn cloth, however it cannot be identified whether these are from The Necromancer or from the killer(s).

Hooded Man: "I'm an information seller, if you've got the dough, I can get you what you need to know."

Banker: "That's a period of three hours. There's too many people to count. This bank is indeed very busy."

Notice: The murder was not at the white fountain.

Old Man: "No, I don't know anything. But what I do know is that I saw a a group of hooded people approach the crime scene around before noon."

Banker: "Well, there were some hooded people going in and out of the bank."

 

It's a little strange that no one noticed his body for 3 hours in a busy city like Llevigar.

 

How do we know the murder took place at the sewer entrance?

 

We haven't expanded to that level of open-world yet, so the murder 100% took place there.

 

I will like to retrieve the cloth for later purposes.

Also just a reminder, one of you guys actually has to say if you want to put something into the Discoveries tab or the Suspects tab.

 

Put the hooded man in the suspects. The banker claims there was a group of hooded people, and the autopsy claims there were an extreme amount of cuts, which means a group of people most likely harrassed and murdered the victim.
