Problem/bug With Envoy Ii

So, I did the Envoy Part II quest until I got to the catapult. I pressed the button at the side to lower it, but I wasn't teleported on it and I couldn't figure another way of entering it. So I just climbed up the mountain and continued the quest until I got to the shaman who is supposed to build the bridge. It also didn't work for me, so I just used charge to get to the temple and continued until I got to the base of the "farming" mechs. I pressed the button to open the door and got this message:

So I went back to the catapult and searched for a solution on the forums. I found this thread and tried to follow the instructions of @Tantibus answer, but even in the lowered state I'm not able to use the catapult because of barrier blocks (I also tried different servers, but it doesn't work):

Any ideas what I can do?

Yes, this doesn't work (also tried on different servers).

 

I had a very similar problem when i did it shortly after corkus update and was stuck a long time. On the other side of the house you are trying to enter there should be a water way.... swim it up and enter the house that way and press the button on the attic and proceed down into the cellar and you are good to go
