Is A Lb Set Worth It?

For chests? No. Doesn't do anything right now.

For mobs? Yes. If you get a full set mobs start dropping items like crazy.

 

loot bonus will start affecting chests soontm
the mods say its a bug that it didnt work on chests
it should be fixed with next update tho

 

So... If I grind at FH with a loot bonus set, I might be able to get a mythic?

No. It simply makes mobs shit out items like they have "explosive diarrhea" (forgot who said this). It doesn't change the chance to get mythics compared to other mobs, they simply drop more items.

 

Yeah, that what I kinda mean, more drops --> higher chance to get mythics, so Loot bonus can increase the chance of getting a Mythic

more drops > more items > more mythics

 

doesnt increase the chance of finding one you can get 10 million drops from mobs and not find a single mythic.

 

More drops in same amount of time > higher chance of mythic per time interval

 

legit its the same chance no matter what doesn't matter if there is loot bonus you still have that same 0.0007 chance if anything you will get a lower chance because you will get more commons and uniques.

It's like this.

Suppose there is 1 mob that has a 0.1% chance to drop an item.
Then suppose there is another mob with a 100% chance to drop an item.
You are more likely to get a mythic from the 2nd mob because it will always drop and item, and because of that you will have a 0.0007% chance to get a mythic, while with the 1st mob it must drop an item first, then there is a small chance that the rarely dropped item be a mythic. So with the 1st mob there is a 0.00007% chance that a mythic will drop, making the second mob more likely to drop an item.

 

Cyber I know but most normal mobs have a very high chance to drop an item, also this is unrelated to my posts.
