    There was another guy who made a thread like you, but his was actually near godly. But Black has a similar stats coding to low lvl items. There is a big chance for a black being good. So it's common to see black's like that.
    Spell damage and mana steal is maxed, sp nearly maxed. Decent thunder and fire damage. You could probably get 7-10 le for it. Maybe more if someone's looking for a black like that.
