I Bought 10 Crates But Never Got Them

I bought 10 crates about 40 minutes ago and I emailed the staff and there is still nothing, is there something i'm missing?

 

Literally the same problem, I got my Free Loot Crate almost an hour ago and it still hasn't popped up

 

There seems to be a bug right now. Be patient until they fix it, I'm sure you'll get your crates then.

 

You didn't miss anything; if you already emailed [email protected], we can't do much about it sadly. All you gotta do is to wait now for a response (there seem to be many cases about this currently, maybe because way more players buy something cause of the discount code...)
Store overload, store plugin crashed... No idea, but you should receive a response to your email in no more than a couple of days. ^-^
But don't worry, you will receive what you bought.
