Sewage Water In Almuj Big Scandal No Clickbait

So, when I was doing quests on my hunter in Almuj, I accidently talked to an NPC.
These NPCs always provide useful information (Gj Wynncraft CT) but this one got me thinking;

Does that mean that all the water in Almuj is not ought to be drunk in any way whatsoever?
Because if you remember back in 2015 the only possible way to get water bottles was by drinking potions
and refilling them and lets be honest, who didn't fill up their potions in Almuj? So, and please correct me
if I'm wrong but does that mean we actually delivered them their own sewage water?
(And lets not get started on how the water flows down that river).

 

They should add poop holes on the bridges :P

lets be honest back when 2014 there aren't even water canals in Almuj to refill from, and i also doubt water bottles from the guts of insects are any better

if they can survive with insect water i don't see a problem with sewage tbh its probably the same thing

 

wow how do you know i got the water bottle from the insects? what if i got them by the LE merchant where all of the glass bottles spawn?

 

Back then there were no glass bottle NPCs

 

if sewage water = clear water, villager pee and poo= clear

does this mean everyone except olux is drinking villager pee and poo?

That still means you're stealing water from them only to give it back to them
Or someone in almuj is hoarding water
